Collecting and using your personal information

This website is intended anonymous use. We don't need or routinely collect personal information.

However, some sections of our site invite you to provide some personal information such as your first name and age.

Providing personal information is purely voluntary. If you give us this information, we’ll use it only to learn more about who is visiting so we can make voice4peelyouth.ca even better.

Posting comments

While you can submit a comment anytime, we must have your persmission to post it. (Checking the “Please post my comment” checkbox on the Post a Comment page tells us we have your permission. If you don't want to post your comment for other visitors to view, simply leave this checkbox blank.)

All comments submitted for posting:

  • Are reviewed and authorized by our administrator. We post only appropriate comments that relate to the topic of youth violence.
  • Are edited to meet our standards for length, topic choice and proper use of language.

Submitting a comment for posting means that you:

  • Agree with our standards.
  • Won't hold the Peel Youth Violence Prevention Network responsible if you feel we misread or misrepresented your comment, or we decide not to post it.
